Talina Fernandez, a Mexican actress and TV host who starred in soap operas, passed away. El Pais has reported it.

Age 78, the actress passed away in Mexico City. Leukemia was the cause of death; five days prior, Fernandez had difficulties that required hospitalization. She passed away surrounded by those she loved.

Fernandez portrayed the lead character of Mirabelle in the popular 1980s television series “Girl.” She also appeared in the shows “Gemini,” “It Should Have Been You,” and others.
