She graduated from the ‘North Springs High School’ in Sandy Springs, Georgia. There, she was a theater trainee and fell in love with the art of acting on stage. She attended the ‘University of Maryland’ and earned a BFA in theater. In 1995, she made her acting debut with a supporting role in the series ‘Reality Check.’ Soon, she took a long break to appear in the 2007 film ‘Across the Universe,’ playing a small role.
