Bollywood actress Aamna Sharif is more than comfortable in front of the camera, judging by her recent social media updates. Sharif posted pictures of herself looking beautiful in a bright lime green swimsuit as she posed in the pool, much to the admiration of her fans. Sharif starts the day with "A glass of water. I follow it with a glass of vegetable juice," she says. "Breakfast is either fruits or cornflakes or an egg-white omelet. I cannot function without a proper breakfast." "So what are some healthy breakfast choices? Here are some easy options to fuel you for your busy day:

• plain yogurt, fruit, and nuts
• oatmeal, fruit, nuts
• whole wheat or rye toast with nut butter
• black beans and tortilla (corn or whole wheat)," says Harvard Health.

Sharif genuinely enjoys working out and staying active. "I am a fitness freak and regularly practice yoga," she says. "It gives me a peaceful feeling and it is good for the body too. I believe in eating healthy. I don't diet. I love trying new cuisines. At the same time I am a fitness freak. I have to hit the gym and do a lot of cardio."

Sharif uses body oil to keep her skin healthy and hydrated. "During winter, our skin becomes dry and itchy due to excessive loss of moisture," says dermatologist Dr. Nivedita Dadu. "Oils have been used since ancient times in skincare and are not just a great pick for massages but also for moisturizing, tightening the skin and reducing stretch marks."

Sharif swears by home made turmeric face masks for beautiful, glowing skin. Sharif prefers to have dinner well before it's time for bed. "I try and eat as early as possible as I believe that it's important that the food gets digested well before sleeping," she says. "The benefit of an early dinner has to do with the fact that as the day winds down, the body needs less food for energy and should be entering a fasting state," says Rachel Swanson,  MS, LDN. "Capping your intake more than two hours before bed allows for an extended overnight fasting window to take place—the essential downtime your body needs to facilitate detoxification and cellular repair."
