American Representative John Rose married Chelsea Doss Rose in 2011. John was born in 1965 and graduated with a bachelor of science from Tennessee University. 

John was also a former Commissioner of Agriculture for Tennessee and a founder of Boson software. He was 57 when he founded an information technology company: i.e, Boson Software. 

Similarly, John was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018.

1. John Rose helped Chelsea to grow in her career

Chelsea Brooke Doss was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and she is the daughter of Jeff and Beth Doss. In 2007, Chelsea graduated from Eagleville High School.

During high school, she was vice president of the school body and the FFA (Future Farmers of America) president too. When Chelsea was in high school she used to play basketball and softball.

Rose was also a member of Tennessee Future Farmers of America since her high school days whereas John was the chairman. When Chelsea was a 20-year-old Junior at Tennessee Tech University she was awarded the scholarship given by Rose. 

Rose provided the scholarship in the name of his parents at Tennessee University for the study. After Chelsea was awarded the scholarship she became a Tennessee state FFA officer and a national FFA officer in the college.

In 2009 the press of Tennessee named Tennessee Tech Press released an interview with Doss about the fact of being a national FFA officer. According to the press report, it was said that Chelsea was the fresh face of the present FFA (Future Farmers of America) and she was also becoming a pioneer for the nationwide students who are trying to find a career in agriculture in America.

All the credits are devoted to John by Chelsea as she gained the opportunity to train, improve, focus on FFA, and focus on school as she was revealed from the financial problem by the scholarship provided by John. 

2. John Rose and Chelsea Doss Happily Got Married In 2011

John Rose happily married Chelsea Doss Rose in January 2011 at the First Baptist Church in Cookeville. John graduated in 1998 and Chelsea graduated in 2012 from Tennessee Tech.

After that Chelsea join the master’s in agricultural communication and graduated in 2014 from the same university, i.e. Tennessee University.

When they both got married John Rose was 46 and Chelsea Doss Rose was 22. Due to the huge age difference between them, the couple gets so much attention on social media.

John Rose and his family happily live in Cookeville, Tennessee. Representative John Rose and Chelsea Doss Ross are the parents of two children.

It is said that Chelsea had devoted her life to American Agriculture as she has done a lot of things as an FFA officer. She was also the recipient of the 2012 Derryberry award and also the recipient of the 2012 Harold award. 

In 2010 she participated in the Rose Parade and the International Motivational Speaking Tour and served as a guest lecturer at Texas University and a speaker at the Tennessee Tech University Convocation. Chelsea Doss Rose is also an active member of the church named Rockvale Church of Christ.

Chelsea is currently in the limelight due to the recent controversy over the republican party’s opposition to grooming.

3. Rose and Chelsea lost their second son

On October 6, 2017, the couple had their first baby son named Guy Rose. John Rose and Chelsea believed that they were filled with the greatest blessings when they had their first baby boy.

In 2019, they had another child but unfortunately, the couple lost him. Chelsea Rose was hospitalized in critical condition, she had a delivery but the baby didn’t survive. 

John Rose and Chelsea, both were heartbroken by the unexpected loss of their baby boy. The couple didn’t lose hope to have another sweet baby where all the sorrow will be filled and they would be blessed. At that time John and his wife Chelsea got sympathy from their fans and followers. 

And again on March 23, 2021, the couple had the good news of having another son. They named their third child Sam Rose. On the occasion of one year of mark’s death, Chelsea shows an eagerness to adopt the child.

That year Chelsea’s older sister and brother-in-law also lost a baby. So she eagerly wants to help the family who cannot have the baby naturally.

4. Chelsea became an Executive Director of Tennessee FFA

Chelsea worked as a government affairs specialist and got a few months of experience. She also worked as an intern in the firm of then-Lieutenant Governor Ron Ramsey and also interned for the Tennessee farmer’s cooperatives. 

According to the press release of the foundation, In 2014 Chelsea Doss Rose became the executive director of the Tennessee FFA.

Rose said that she was so excited to share the knowledge and experience that she had and will effectively utilize in a way that will maximize the potential of the Tennessee FFA Foundation (Future Farmers of America). Chelsea had broken many of the stereotypes of previously called FFA.  

Chelsea said in an interview that she had a special place for FFA and feels proud to work with donors, teachers, students, and many more. John and Chelsea also have an agricultural farm where they raise beef, cattle, tobacco, hay, and thirty-one fescue seed. 

The Rose family farm is the oldest farm in smith country and it was settled in 1790 by the grandparents of John Rose. Rose is the eighth-generation owner and operator of the property. 

From 2018 Chelsea Rose left the foundation to 2021 but also returned in 2021 and she used to manage staff and advocated for the Tennessee FFA foundation. Whereas her husband often posted photos on social media showing his attendance at Tennessee FFA events.

5. Chelsea Believes In Christianity

John Rose and Chelsea Doss Rose are members of the Baptist Church and often talked about their faith on the campaign trail.

Chelsea often posted to social media about having faith in Christ and also motivated the people to read the bible for the resolution. 

As we cannot find Chelsea on Instagram but John is actively involved on Instagram and Twitter where they both encourage followers to read the bible and have faith in Jesus. 

Rose and Chelsea also visited Buffalo Valley Church of Christ which is located in Putnum.
