 Sonja Morgan joined the original cast of The Real Housewives of New York in its third season. She shared some of her favorite healthy foods in an interview with UsWeekly. "Sour cherry juice is known to help you sleep, it's very calming and it cuts down on uric acid. If you hang out with a party group like mine, sometimes it's not a bad idea."

Cynthia Bailey was a cast member on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. She has amazing skin, and shared her favorite products in an interview with PureWow. She says that she makes sure to keep her skin oil-free. "I'm really lucky—I have very small pores so sweat isn't a big issue for me. Whitney Rose is a cast member of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. She shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. In this post, Rose is seen going paddleboarding. Heather Gay appears on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. She shared some of her skincare tips in an interview with BravoTV.com. "My favorite one [is] Iris and Beau's Whitney's Glow," she said. "It's just, like, a moisturizer, but it gives your face a little glow and it smells so good and it's s lightweight. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, Lisa Barlow, revealed to New York Magazine that she loves eye drops. "My mom sent me two boxes of the Refresh Eye Drops probably three months ago. It's really great for anyone who has dry eye and lives in a dry climate like I do. I always have two or three in my bag."

I go to Dr. DiBernardo (about $600 every three to five months) in Montclair, New Jersey. I don't usually like to talk about it, but why not? It came out for a reason, so why not use it, right? I love the way I look so much better now compared to when I first started doing the show. I feel great."

Jennifer Aydin currently stars on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. She talked about using Absolute Nutrition and making changes to her eating habits with Page Six.
